Who processes your data
Proxima Technologies Cameroon (PTC), a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of 1,000,000 FCFA, Bounaloka, Douala, RCCM RC/DLN/2021/B/2884, tax number M122117229052A, publisher of alphaDSF. Contact: WhatsApp +237 699 04 44 27, aboousmane@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you download: your WhatsApp number, your country, your computer's system (Windows, Mac…), the licence you are interested in (Pack, Unlimited, Annual or “I don't know yet”), the date of the request and, if you tick the box for it, your agreement to receive our offers. Nothing else: no name, no e-mail address, no IP address kept.
Why, and on what basis
Support (installation, activation, answers to your questions, new DGI formats): this is the service you ask for when you leave your number to download alphaDSF. Commercial offers on WhatsApp: only with your consent, given by ticking the optional box on the form; not ticking it does not prevent the download.
What we never do
Sell, rent or pass your number on to anyone. The site receives none of your accounting data: your DSF files stay on your computer.
How long
Until you ask for deletion, and at most three years after your last contact with us.
Your rights
You can withdraw your agreement to offers at any time by simply writing “STOP” on WhatsApp to +237 699 04 44 27. You can also ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, on WhatsApp or at aboousmane@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
